These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SuicidalTraining.fitness and any coaching or posing services provided by Angelo (“Coach,” “we,” “us”).
By using this site, submitting an application, or purchasing a coaching program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Coaching Services

SuicidalTraining.fitness provides:

Online fitness coaching

Nutrition guidance

Posing coaching

Training programs

Progress review

Accountability and support

Programs may include text check-ins, weekly reviews, video breakdowns, calls, and personalized adjustments depending on the plan purchased.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

At least 18 years old

Physically capable of participating in fitness and nutrition programs

Responsible for consulting a medical professional before making major fitness or nutrition changes

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with training.

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are collected securely through Stripe.

By purchasing a program:

You authorize recurring charges if applicable

You agree to provide accurate billing information

You acknowledge all sales are final unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Refund Policy

Refund policy is as follows:

Refunds are not guaranteed.

Requests may be reviewed case-by-case at the coach’s discretion.

If sessions or coaching services have been delivered, refunds will not be issued.

Posing sessions and bundles are non-refundable once scheduling or delivery has begun.

If a client competes, completes posing sessions, or receives coaching guidance, no refund will be granted.

5. No Guarantees

Results vary.
We do not guarantee:

Weight loss

Muscle gain

Competition placement

Timeline-specific progress

Any specific outcome

Effort, adherence, and genetics all impact results.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Follow the plan provided to the best of their ability

Communicate honestly

Provide accurate information

Submit weekly check-ins as required

Notify the coach of injuries, medical issues, or concerns

Not share coaching materials publicly

Non-compliance may limit results and does not qualify for refunds.

7. No-Show & Scheduling Policy (If applicable)

For posing or coaching appointments:

Missed sessions are forfeited unless otherwise stated

Rescheduling must be requested in advance

Packages must be used within the stated timeframe

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SuicidalTraining.fitness including programming, training PDFs, posing breakdowns, and educational material is the property of Angelo.
Clients may not distribute, replicate, or sell any program material.

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree that SuicidalTraining.fitness and Angelo are not liable for:

Injuries

Illnesses

Losses

Damages resulting from participation in coaching or posing

Misuse of advice, training, or recommendations

Your participation is voluntary.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate coaching for:

Abuse or inappropriate behavior

Repeated no-shows

Non-payment

Violations of these Terms

You may terminate your participation at any time, but refunds are not guaranteed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (USA).
